FAQ (Digestive Cleanse)

Digestive Cleanse

A Digestive Cleanse is an important start (and maintenance item) for good health.  It is commonly believed that the digestive tract is 50-60% of the immune system.  That being said there may be no better place to start any health approach.  We have additional information on this in our digestive disorder book, yet for now consider this:

It is important to sweep the digestive system clean and restart the process now and then.  One way is to take the recommended magnesium citrate.  Let it run its course.. 8 to 12 hours.  Immediately after it runs it’s course use the mineral oil.   It could take 2 hours.  Then take the daily recommended garlic 2 to 3 times per day.

There are reasons for doing the process as described above.  The first two items wipe the area in a different way than each other, so the second is still effective even after the first.

The garlic is a real good idea.  There is technically no toxic level for garlic with a conventional approach.  The garlic is a natural anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-parasitical.  It helps to clean things up and to keep them clean.   There is a reaction the garlic will create that we are seeking.

    1. The products used can be used as per directions. The two type/style laxatives for a cleanse are very important to be different in nature. The garlic follow-up is very important.

  1. Carol, Magnesium Citrate is a mineral based product. Whatever binders or whatever gelatin capsules your brand choice uses is up to you. I am not convinced that a “non-GMO” question really applies. I am having difficulty finding how GMO enters in, but I do see that the product you mention is indeed free of GMO. Moving forward with MagCitrate is highly recommended for anyone with Gluten or GMO questions.
